Here are some of the things you can take advantage of when you have the 

Patient Portal: 

1. Request medication refills online 

2. Receive appointment reminders on your cell phone and via email

3. Securely communicate between you and the office 

4. Pay your bill online 

Access to  the Portal:

We have switched our portal platform. Everyone should be getting new registration emails for their children. Please follow the directions on the email to get registered with the new platform. Here is a link to a reference guide. If you have any issues or do not get an email please contact the office.

For patients that are 18 and over there is a form that must be completed in order to give your parents access to your patient portal. Click here to complete the form.
