The Role of Our Nurses (R.N.s)
Our nurses are an important resource for our parents, and can provide you with helpful information on many types of pediatric issues such as lactation support, child development, feeding practices and medical illnesses. They also serve as valuable liaisons between parents and physicians.
When you call with a medical question, you will speak to a nurse, who can help determine whether your child needs to be seen by us that day or if it can wait for a few days. In the event of a serious health concern, a nurse will help you determine if your child needs emergency treatment or can be seen at an urgent care center.
If your child needs vaccinations, medications, breathing treatments or other medical procedures, a nurse will administer them in our office.
