In these medical situations please call the crisis line first and then notify the office when you are able.

Call 911 for life-threatening emergencies

Once help is on the way, then call us if you still need immediate advice.

Call Poison Control at (513) 558-5111 or 1-800-222-1222 if:

  • Your child has swallowed a potentially dangerous substance

Call the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline at 988 or Cincinnati Children’s mental health crises line at 513-636-4124 if:

  • Your child is expressing suicidal thoughts 
  • Your child is threatening harm to themself or others
  • Your child’s behavior becomes extreme and unmanageable
